ENHANCEMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF STATE SUPERVISION IMPLEMENTATION ON THE OF LABOR PROTECTION STATE AT AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Purpose. To analyze and highlight the state of labour protection at agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. Findings. The description of the occupational protection and industrial safety (OHSAS) management system has been given. The necessity of ISO 18001 standards implementing for identification and control of risks for personnel health and safety, reducing the probability of accidents has been substantiated. The level of injury and the causes of its occurrence have been analyzed. Practical value. The ways of improving the efficiency of state supervision in agricultural enterprises are proposed: organization of safe carrying out of work on transport; verification of technical condition of production facilities, means of production; intensified supervision on the work of representatives of such professions as tractor drivers and vehicles drivers; safe operation of automobiles, tractors and agricultural machines; conducting of full training and checking knowledge of workers on occupational or work safety issues; conducting of appropriate instructions on occupational safety issues in time limits. Conclusions. It has been proved that one of the effective measures to prevent occupational injuries in the industry is the implementation of appropriate organizational measures by the territorial authorities of the State Labor Organization together with social partners as local authorities, the Execu-tive Directorate of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine, trade unions and employers. Necessary element is regional complex inspections of administrative districts and groups of enterprises of various sectors of the economy in accord-ance with the territorial principle, chaired by district state administrations.
