ENOTOURISM – A ROLE OF THE EDUCATION IN THE FORMATION OF THE TOURIST OFFER

Abstract
The article presents the role of the education in the development of wine tourism in the region. Short introduction into the field of enotourism presents one of the most important element of the wider phenomenon – culinary tourism associated directly with the product of the quality. The role of the education in the formation of the wine tourism was investigated in two different aspects: the conditions of the wine tourism product in the context of the sustainable development and the profile of the enotourist as the receiver of such product. In the first case the assumptions of the European Cart of Enotourism pointing the most important elements for the education, in the second – the profile of the tourist visiting the wine region was presented together with his level of knowledge concerning the leading value – the wine.<br/><br/>
