Journal Title: Гастроентерологія - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 50
Abstract
During the research of the large intestine microflora in patients with chronic pancreatitis the dysbiosis of different levels was revealed in 72 % of patients. It was revealed that dysbiotic changes causes the increasing of general level of blood protein, the increasing of shoulder muscles mass and body mass index. It also leads to the formation and aggravation of secondary immune insufficiency due to levels of T- and B-lymphocytes. It was determined the significant prognostic influence of the large intestine microflora in patients with chronic pancreatitis on formation and progression of anemia on the base of significant correlation between levels of haemoglobin and erytrocytes in the blood and quantity of lacto- and bifidobacteria (R within 0,3–0,6) and opportunistic pathogens and general quantity of E.coli (R within (–0,3) — (–0,6)).
