Enterpreneurship determinants and strategies

Abstract
The article presents the essence, importance and types of enterpreneurship. It also classifies factors which determine the innovativeness dynamism of enterprises. Furthermore, the text characterises shortly individual groups of determinants such as enterpreneurship potential, labour situation as well as enterpreneurship determinants resultant from the environment. It indicates the relationship between the management method applied in practice, labour organisation ways and enterpreneurship, pointing to the role of the supportive system which awards innovative activities, that of innovative risk planning, open and flexible organisational structure as well as team form of work organising and mutual confidence among team members.
