Enterprise Networking in Poland – Research Results

Abstract
Abstract. In this article, the results of empirical research on company collaboration within business network are presented. Positive, as well as, negative aspects of cooperation between business network members are investigated. Some of the positive aspects include: access to new customers, access to new resources, and knowledge transfer. On the other hand, negative aspects include: imposing conditions of cooperation, and less flexibility. In the paper the obstacles of establishing new business relationships were also pointed out, as well as, the determinants of influencing the termination of a collaboration between network members.
