ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE OF HOTEL ENTERPRISES AS A PROMISING DIRECTION OF INNOVATION ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article describes the process of organizing animation activities, which is based on the formation and implementation of entertainment programs. It is determined that the animation management as a type of specialized management is carried out by running the interrelated and interdependent at the time functions of planning, organization, motivation and control of animation activities organized in solving certain problems. It is proved that hotel animation makes a significant contribution to the fulfilment of all conditions of positive transformation of the needs of tourists into their satisfaction and positive assessment of the hotel.
