Epistemological approach to environmental legal training for decision makers of the Cuban business sector

Abstract
The aim of this article is to systematize the theoretical aspects from the environmental and legal viewpoint underlying the conceptual basis of the training process of decisionmakers as a way to promote environmental management in the business sector from the study and appropriation of this content and improving the professional performance of the staff. To accomplish this task theoretical methods were used to characterize the legal projection of environmental education in the Cuban business context, together with the regularities and trends of environmental education and a systemic approach to integrate the ideas. In addition, the concept of environmental legal training of decision makers is provided.
