ERGODIC APPROACH TO ENERGY LOADING AND FRICTION PAIR WEARING OF A BAND-SHOE BRAKE OF A DRAWWORKS

Abstract
The article considers the ergodic approach during the tribounit evolution, the deformative drilling factor, kinetics of the working surface, the nature of normal wearing of secondary structures of type I and type II at electrothermal tribounit friction of a band-shoe brake of a drawworks. In energyloading of friction pairs of a band-shoe brake the important role belongs to a brake pulley because it is an accumulator of heat energy in the process of electrothermomechanical friction and pauses between aperiodic cyclic braking, that is while forced cooling. One of the drilling factors of the band-shoe brake of a drawworks is the tension of slack and tight branches of a brake band. This factor significantly affects the friction force, dynamic coefficient of friction, contact normal force, braking torque and, as a result, wearing of friction pairs. The generation of entropy in the area of a crystal is a local kinetic structural transition which contributes to the emergence of a plastic shift. During the normal wearing the object of destruction is the secondary structure having tens of nanometers. Such local transformation of micro projections of a metal friction element is caused by their friction effect on the contact spots of mechanical, electrical, thermal, electromagnetic and chemical fields that are washed by speed currents of the environment components.
