Abstract
Europeam Union, a significant economic actor, is building its both political and military role. In this frame, EU has a profound interest in crisis and conflict management in Europe and all over the world. In this purpose, EU is developing the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) with a military component – European Security and Defence Policy (ESDP). ESDP seems to have a powerfull impact over national defence and security policies of the EU member states.
