ESSENCE AND CLASSIFICATION OF METHODS OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article considers the essence, clarifies and systematizes the methods of crisis management of telecommunication enterprises and develops a matrix of their filtration in accordance with the chosen anti-crisis strategy, which will contribute to the construction of an effective system of crisis management and the search for an optimal alternative for the emergence of telecommunication enterprises from a possible or present crisis.
