ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF UKRAINE'S TRANSITION TO A DIGITAL SOCIETY

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of digitalization of Ukrainian society through the prism of the objectives of European integration. Provides information about the role and importance of telecommunication industry in Ukraine in the context of economic development of the state. Revealed some of the recommendations of the EU concerning accession to the European digital economy. The basic tasks of the Ukrainian society and the state in connection with the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Law “On electronic trust services”.
