THE MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL RISKS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article considers the commercial risk as a possibility of negative financial consequences. It is known that an enterprise that is in critical condition requires an efficient management mechanism, the main element of which is prediction and risk management. The conclusion is based on the fact that the main mechanisms for managing commercial risks are their avoidance, limitation, diversification, self-insurance.
