Essence and content of the concept of critical infrastructure of banking system of Ukraine

Abstract
. The article analyzes the functioning of the banking system of Ukraine, it development prospects and actual threats. The analysis of domestic normative legal acts, which uses the term "critical infrastructure" and "critical infrastructure of the banking system of Ukraine," is carried out. On the basis, of the analysis the conclusion about their insufficient systemic use is made. The author proposes his vision of the concept "critical infrastructure of the banking system of Ukraine", as well as criteria for assessing the objects of the Ukrainian banking system, which are appro-priate to be considered as critical
