ESTIMATION OF BUDGETARY PROGRAMS OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF UKRAINE AND DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVING EFFICIENCY OF THEIR IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of development and improvement of the health care system, which is an integral part of the level and quality of life of the population, plays an essential role in the country's economic development and requires constant attention from the state. In this regard, an analysis of the implementation of budget programs in the healthcare sector in Ukraine was conducted. The main problems of the state financial audit of the corresponding budget programs are investigated. It is concluded that the current state of financing of the health care system of Ukraine at the expense of budget funds is extremely insufficient and does not create preconditions for provision of qualitative medical care in the necessary volumes. Recommendations on increasing the efficiency of budget programs in the field of health care and improvement of the state financial audit of their implementation are given.
