ESTIMATION OF COMPETITIVENESS FOR JSC «MOTOR SICH AIRLINES»

Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of developing competitive strategies for the large domestic aircraft construction company PJSC "Motor Sich". An assessment of the company's competitiveness compared to its two main competitors – General Electric (USA) and Snecma / Turbomeca (France). Recommendations on implementation of the mechanism of management of competitive opportunities of the enterprise are developed.
