Estimation of competitiveness of industrial industry of the national economy

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and methodological support for the assessment of the competitiveness of products of the industrial sector of the national economy. The competitive aspects that determine the attractiveness of industry and its position in competition in the national macroeconomic environment are determined. It is proposed to use integral indicators to give the characteristic of competitiveness of industrial products. The general methodology for assessing the competitiveness of industrial products is developed. A system of conceptual and methodological principles for assessing the competitiveness of products in the industrial sector has been formed. Based on a comprehensive study with the help of basic, methodical, multi-parameter and func-tional tools, it is proposed to determine the requirements for reference products and to choose the parameters of the estimation of industrial products. It is proved that the competitiveness of products is the determining factor of the competitiveness of the industrial sector of the national economy. Competitiveness in the industry of the national economy is a relative characteristic, which reflects the current dynamic trends of the development of certain subjects of the industry from competitors in terms of efficiency of management, with quantitative and qualitative orientation. The management of competitiveness in the industry of the national economy distinguishes the relevant aspects that determine the form of management influence on the objects of management or regulation. Aspects of competitiveness management in the industry of the national economy must be characterized as a distinction of technological operations of the control system and its segment components, which provide the appropriate unity or combination, which forms the whole process of management in the relevant environment. It should be remembered that the management of competitiveness is not subject to fundamental regulation, because management is a creative process. Competitiveness of products is the determining factor of the competitiveness of the industrial sector of the national economy. The competitiveness of the industrial sector is the systemic and potential ability to design, create and implement, in appropriate conditions, products that, by their socio-economic (consumer and value) characteristics, are more attractive to the consumers of the national market than the products of industrial competitors. The competitiveness of the industrial sector of the national economy characterizes the strategic opportunities and the positive dynamics of adjusting the subjects of industry to the changing conditions of competition in the market environment.
