Institutionalization of innovative enterprise: theoretical aspects

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical aspects of institutionalization of innovation enterprise. The attention was paid to the practical and theoretical work of the scientists who studied this topic. It was stated that the main factor in the formation of prolonged fluctuations in all spheres of economic life is innovation. The consequences of the development of institutional capacity and conditions for the development of the functioning of the institutional environment within the framework of innovation entrepreneurship are outlined. Practical recommendations for providing innovative projects with financial resources are given. The perspective directions of further researches in the framework of the outlined problems are determined.
