Estimation of investment attractiveness of the Lviv region’s rural territories

Abstract
The article’s aim is to show the investment attractiveness of Lviv region’s rural territories and determine their rating. This estimation is important not only for investors but also for the organs of local self-government, as knowing the features of the region (his "pluses" and "minuses"), they can accept adequate decisions in relation to activation of investment environment. According to the results of analysis most attractive for investors are rural territories of north- western districts of Lviv regions and districts are closed to the city of Lviv. High level of investment attractiveness of these districts, is predefined by high level of general economic development, positive demographic situation and self- potential. What touches districts with a low level investment attractiveness, then it mostly districts are remote from the city of Lviv. They characterized by low level of development of commodity agriculture, high unemployment rate and a few of agricultural and industrial enterprises.
