Estimation of the personnel security level of enterprises in the high–tech sector of the economy

Abstract
It has been substantiated that the basis for the adoption of each decision by the security agents should be complete, reliable and timely information about the object of security, that is, in the conditions of personnel security – about the personnel of the enterprise. Familiarity with the essence of key approaches to personnel security assessment of enterprises allowed to propose their own methodological approach, which involves the use of a combination option for the purpose of using positive moments and elimination of shortcomings, taking into account the specifics of economic activity of high–tech enterprises and the role of personnel as the most valuable resource and the main source of threats to staffing. security. It has been methodical approach developed оn the basis of agreeing the views of experts from among the scientists and workers of high–tech enterprises, which involves the implementation of several successive steps to determine the level of security by a separate indicator, group and integral indicator. It is envisaged to determine the level of security by major groups: «organizational», «motivational», «educational–intellectual», «efficiency of personnel use» and «working conditions», which collectively give complete information about security and possible threats to personnel security of the enterprise. The results of the approbation of the developed methodological approach, which was carried out in the conditions of the leading enterprises of the high–tech sector of the national economy, allowed not only to characterize the level of security, but also to identify the root causes of the emergence and negative impact of key threats to personnel security.
