Abstract
The study of border regions, with such complexity as the triple border of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, involves a theoretical, methodological and technical challenge. In the case of social and cultural anthropology, it does nothing but revive intradisciplinary discussions related to the identity of our science and trans-disciplinary relation. On one hand, we must deeply know certain specific emerging processes; on the other hand, the complexity of the region, while an open and dynamic system related to larger scale systems.
