Abstract: The paper includes the teachings of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji regarding the social and ethical values of life, well suited quotations from the holy book. The spiritual beliefs and the preaching of the Guru Sahibs emphasizing on interpretation of Karma as Kirat, which means honest and productive work advocation naam japo (spiritual awakening) for everybody.
