Abstract
After the Arab conquest of Transoxiana in Bukhara, Samarkand and the surrounding area of these cities, the resettlement part of Arabs, Persians. In the beginning of VIII century on the Eastern borders of Central Asia came karluks and other turkic tribes and spread across Ma-wara’ al-Nahr.
