Abstract

Theoretical and practical basis for the use of mediation in terms of the civil proceedings , as well as its legal regulation in the sphere of civil law . The paper identifies challenges in the implementation of the mediation of modernity. Regulated by the problems of integration of mediation procedures in civil proceedings.
