ETHNONATIONAL FACTOR IN THE PROCESS OF DEMOCRATIC TRANSFORMATION

Abstract
In the article, the influence of ethno-national factors on the process of democratic transformation in Ukraine was investigated. The analysis of scientific and monographic literature and statistical data of the implementation of ethnic policy in Ukraine was made. The problem field of ethno-national factor in the conditions of democratic transformation in Ukraine is determined. It is proved that the matter of national unity and social integration must be developed at the same time.
