FEATURES OF FORMING THE BASIC QUALITIES OF CHILDREN IN THEORETIC-PRACTICAL HERITAGE OF BORIS GRINCHENKO AND SOFIA RUSOVA

Abstract
In the article, based on the results of studying the primary sources, the views of Borys Grinchenko and Sofia Rusova on the problem of the formation of basic qualities of children are highlighted. It was founded that the views of teachers were consonant with regard to the research problem. Sofia Rusova, as Borys Grinchenko, was aware that the basic qualities of children formed the basis of their personal growth. The intelligence reveals the vision of famous teachers about the peculiarities of the formation of such qualities in children. In particular, attention is focused on the purpose, tasks and conditions of formation of children of such qualities as: diligence, truthfulness, shyness, honesty, patriotism, mercy, empathy, independence. Proposed ideas that can be adapted to the practice of modern institutions of preschool education and elementary schools.
