ETHNOPOLITICAL PROCESSES IN UKRAINE 1990: PROPHETS OF THE HYBRID WAR AND GEOPOLITICAL CHANGES

Abstract
The peculiarities of the Russian Federation policy concerning the Russian national minority in Ukraine, as well as powerful lingvo-ethnical groups, in particular, Russian-speaking Ukrainians, Russian-speaking Russians, are explored. The peculiarities of the influence of the Russian Federation on the public-political activity of national minorities in the territory of Ukraine are revealed. Detected that Russian national minority and Russian language were used as an effective instrument for the achievement of the state foreign policy goals, which exacerbated national issues in Ukraine. Some recommendations for further development of Ukraine as an independent state and strengthening of its national interests have been developed.
