Етимологія та зміст поняття «бюджетний менеджмент»

Abstract
В статті обґрунтовано авторський підхід щодо визначення етимології та змісту поняття «бюджетний менеджмент» на основі урахування категоріальної сутності дефініцій «бюджет» та «менеджмент». Узагальнення та систематизація наукових підходів вітчизняних і зарубіжних вчених до визначення сутності економічних категорій «бюджет» і «менеджмент», з урахуванням їх взаємозв’язку та морфологічної декомпозиції й критичного аналізу наукової думки щодо визначення дефініції «бюджетний менеджмент», дозволило запропонувати авторське трактування поняття «бюджетний менеджмент», що забезпечує його сприйняття як динамічної і багатогранної системи.
