Evaluation and ranking balanced score card (BSC) (Case study: Welfare organization of Zanjan province)

Abstract
In this study Balanced Score Cared (BSC) that is useful tool for planning factors of performance, used to evaluation performance of Welfare Organization of Zanjan (WOZ) province. After it, these factors ranked based on their importance. this research is survey and applicable. Data gathered based on questionnaire and financial documents during 2012 in WOZ. Statistical society of research composes of: (1) managers, assistant directors, experts of WOZ branches and (2) insured by WOZ. results showed financial factor accomplished by 84.25% , customers factor accomplished by 77%, internal process factor accomplished by 75% and learning and growth factor accomplished by 47%. Factors ranking based on their importance is as following: financial, customers, internal process and learning factor, respectively.
