Evaluation as a result of activities of authorities of income and duties: concept and core

Abstract
The effectiveness of public authorities depends on the performance of each public officer. That is why the evaluation of the performance indicators of public officers becomes important, that is one of the most important problems in both theory and practice of public administration. Evaluating the activities of public officers is the subject of research in various fields of science, in particular administrative law, the theory of public administration, management, sociology, etc., both in the national scientific space and beyond, which determines the significance of this institution not only for the authorities, but the scientists of different field tendencies. Evaluation of public officers is suggested as a comprehensive procedure of authorized bodies and officials aimed at determining the level of compliance of a public officer with the established requirements for a position and the prospects for the further service career.
