Law aspects of becoming and trends in the development of the service cooperatives rural territories in Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzed the formation and development trends of service cooperatives in rural areas. It is determined that the creation and operation of agricultural serving cooperatives in Ukraine, in recent years, is very uneven. It is established that the activity of agricultural cooperatives in Ukraine depends on the level of state support, tax and legislative base. The problems of development of cooperative formations in Ukraine, on the basis of the conducted research, are highlighted and suggested guidelines development of agricultural servicing cooperatives.
