Abstract
Vitiligo is an acquired, hypomelanotic disorder characterized by circumscribed depigmented macules in the skinresultingfromloss of functional melanocytesfrom the cutaneous epidermis. A prospective study was done to analyze follicular unit extraction (FUE) as a therapeutic option for vitiligo and to assess repigmentation post follicular unit extraction in stable vitiligo patches. Patients withActive vitiligo lesions,Koebner phenomenon,Keloidal tendency and Bleeding disorders were not included in the study. Study Design: Prospective Observational Study.
