EVALUATION OF FOUNDED READINESS OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS TO PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES IN CASE OF FUNDAMENTALIZATION OF EDUCATION ON THE BASIS OF INTEGRATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The problem of the readiness of future social workers to professional meta-activity in case of the fundamentalization of education on the basis of integration of innovative technologies is actualized in the article and the purpose of the article is determined. Proceeding from this, it is argumented that the basic knowledge gained by university graduates retains their significance during their professional life and has the ability to quickly develop when needed in the process of self-education. The notion of “readiness” to professional activity in case of fundamentalization of education as an important system-factor of professional training of future social workers as well as integral personal education with a set of professional-oriented knowledge, skills, normalized abilities and competencies are described. Its component composition is defined and the content of the criteria and indicators is specified to assess the readiness of students for professional activity in the case of fundamentalization of education on the basis of the integration of innovative technologies. The scale of levels of readiness of future social workers for activities in the specialty facilitated the analysis of the effectiveness of the fundamentalization of professional training. The effectiveness of the proposed author’s pedagogical system, which is based on the use of the established pedagogical conditions in educational process to the fundamentalization of professional training, has been experimentally confirmed. A quantitative difference in the results of readiness for professional activity at the stages of the incoming and final control in each group of subjects was found by means of mathematical statistics. We concluded that the formation of readiness was more effective in experimental groups compared with control ones.
