EVALUATION OF GENERATIONAL CULTURE OF UKRAINIAN BABYBOOMERS

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the generational culture of Ukrainian baby boomer generation based on the basis of assessment and analysis of their basic values (valueoriented approach). For this, the questionnaire of the representatives of the baby boomer generation (teachers of Simon Kuznets KhNUE and KNURE) was conducted. The study was conducted on the basis of M. Rokich's approach. Based on the results of the survey, the terminal and instrumental values of the respondents were identified and analyzed. It was found that the dominant in the life of the baby boomer generation in Ukraine are the values of social interaction and individual interaction, which are achieved through the use of universal values in life.
