Abstract
The article is devoted to questions of assessing the effectiveness of mechanisms of state regulation of processes of counter-development of the shadow economy in Ukraine, highlighted the systemic factors of efficiency of their functioning and the analysis of the results of work of bodies of executive power, the aim of activity of which is to combat shadow economic activities and corruption.
