EVALUATION OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE NAŁĘCZÓW SPA IN THE OPINION OF THE THERAPISTS

Abstract

This article presents the results of research aimed at acquiring the opinion of the patients on the functioning of the Nałęczów Spa. The empirical material for the study was collected using the diagnostic survey method using the questionnaire technique. Preferred treatments, forms of free time spent by the patients, as well as elements that require improvement were presented. Although the treatment, recreation, gastronomy, accommodation offer has been highly assessed by patients, the surveyed people have pointed out that it is necessary to maintain and improve the quality of services provided, both therapeutic and recreational.<br/><br/>
