Evaluation of Virtual TeachingLearning Environments based on usability standards
Journal Title: TecnoLógicas - Year 2018, Vol 21, Issue 41
Abstract
The main objective of this review article is to determine the necessary sub-characteristics or aspects for the evaluation of Virtual Teaching-Learning Environments (VTLEs) as final or finished products based on ISO 9126, 14598 and 25000-SQuaRE standards. A systematic information search was carried out. A total of 108 documents were retrieved about subjects such as web usability, virtual learning environments, usability, educational software, educational web evaluation, usability evaluation and web usability evaluation. Out of the 108 documents, 70 were selected by inclusion and exclusion analysis. The eight subfeatures of greater statistical frequency were identified among the subset of documents and then integrated as a proposal for standard 25000-SQuaRE.

Simple theoretical proposal of the dependence of the deGennes extrapolation parameter with the surface temperature of a superconducting sample
The Time-dependent Ginzburg–Landau model (TDGLM) is a robust tool widely used to analyze the magnetization of the single-vortex state of a mesoscopic superconducting sample in presence of a magnetic field. The algorithm...
Influence of the pulse wave in the stratification of high density particles in a JIG device
A study of particle motion subjected to four different pulsation profiles on a pulsated fluidized bed jig concentrator was carried out. The profiles used in the simulation were – sinusoidal, triangle, sawtooth-backward a...
The use of an industrial mineral waste as catalyst in the hydroconversion of dibenzylether and a colombian subbituminous coal
An industrial mineral waste produced in the aluminum sulphate industry was selected as a low cost catalyst precursor. This material has been active in dibenzylether hydroconversion, as a model compound of C-O linkages in...
CO, Pb++ and SO2 effects on L-type calcium channel and action potential in human atrial myocytes. In silico study
Exposure to air pollutants like carbon monoxide (CO), lead (Pb++) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) promotes the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. Experimental studies have shown that CO, Pb++and SO2block L-t...
Application of CE QUAL-W2 Model: An Approach to the Thermal Structure in the Miguel Martínez Isaza reservoir, Concordia, Antioquia, Colombia
Hydrodynamic modelling of temperature is a tool that contributes to the management of reservoirs because it is possible to create scenarios with different conditions to predict the behavior facing the meteorological chan...
