Evaluation of Welding Fatigue of Equivalent Structural Stress Method
Journal Title: 河南科技大学学报(自然科学版) - Year 2017, Vol 38, Issue 4
Abstract
In order to calculate the fatigue lifetime of welding line with all directions in the space accurately in design stage, the equivalent structural stress method was used to evaluate the fatigue lifetime of tubular Tshaped welding joints. Three kinds of finite element model of T-shaped welding joints in three different grid sizes were designed to calculate the structure stress. The stress cycle number of the welding line based on the software of FE-weld was calculated, and was compared with the experiment data. The result shows that the fatigue evaluation of welding joints is grid insensitive and precise through the equivalent structural stress method.

Non-smooth Analysis of a Class of Filippov Systems with Two Frequency Scales
Based on the coupling Bohoffer-Van der Pol ( BVP) circuit system with a non-smooth boundary, a Filippov system with two frequency scales was established by introducing a periodically changed current source. By utilizing...
Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Bearing by Improved Hilbert-Huang Transform
An improved Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) time-frequency analysis method was proposed based on complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) .A set of intrinsic mode function (IMFs) was gai...
Behaviors of Associated Arc and Its Influences on Sliding Current Carrying Friction
In order to solve the problem that the great impact of associated arc on the current-carrying friction process was difficult to evaluate, the behavior of single associated arc and its impact on the current-carrying frict...
Generalized Connectivity of Generalized Hypercubes
The k-ary n-cube is a generalization of the famous hypercube network. Aiming at the problem of the generalized 3-connectivity of the k-ary n-cube, it was proved that for any integers k≥3 and n≥1, there exist 2n-1 interna...
Process Optimization for Production of Bovine Bone Collagenase by B.cereus MBL13-U
To obtain the new collagenase which could efficiently degrade bovine bone collagen, the Bacillus cereus MBL13-U was used as the starting strain, and the collagenase activity was used as an indicator. The single factor exp...
