Evidence and proving the facts of committing fictitious entrepreneurship

Abstract
The purpose of the study is to identify the totality of circumstances that are subject to proof, to analyse evidence and the specifics of their collection and use during pre-trial investigation of fictitious business facts (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
