Evidence in the Israeli criminal process

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to characterize the properties of evidence in the Israeli criminal process and to study the problems associated with the Israeli approach to analyzing evidence. To achieve this goal, such properties of evidence are analyzed: relevance, admissibility, weight, reliability and sufficiency.
