On the legal status of higher agricultural enterprises

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the legal status of higher agricultural enterprises. It is constructed by analyzing the legal status of the higher authorities of agricultural enterprises, which fully reflect the specifics of agricultural commodity production, namely: agricultural cooperatives and farms.
