The influence of the linguistic question on the historical process of forming the legal consciousness of Ukrainians

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the regularities of the historical process of forming the legal consciousness of the autochthonous population of Ukrainian lands. The author pays particular attention to issues related to the definition of nature, the nature and laws of this process and the influence on it of the language issue, as interconnected philosophical and legal categories and socio-social phenomena. Тhe article outlines further directions of the state language policy, in particular, in the field of legal education as the main means of forming the social and individual legal consciousness.
