ЕВОЛЮЦІЙНА ПАРАДИГМА СУЧАСНОЇ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ТЕОРІЇ: ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНИЙ АСПЕКТ

Abstract
G.P. Pasemko G.E. Besedinа, О.V. Chahovets. Evolutionary paradigm of modern economic theory: the intellectual aspect. It is considered the natural process of humanity's progress from the industrial to the information (post-industrial) era. It is shown that simultaneously with the formation of the new information society, a qualitatively new evolutionary paradigm of economic theory is formed that adequately reflects the new economy and society and can serve as a reliable compass for determining the path of society's development. It is noted that the conversion from the industrial, machine-made way of production to the postindustrial, information, technological way of production fundamentally changes both the material foundations of social production and their social form, determines the new place of man in it and a new type of socioeconomic relations, and to reflect these profound changes there is a need in a new system of economic theory that would be an adequate, qualitatively new condition for the development of civilization. It is justified that in industrial society material production was dominant, material wealth was an indicator of general wealth. In the new society, the sphere of services, that is, non-material production, dominates, and services become the main one according to the criterion of its development. Changes occur also in the factors of production. In the new economy, the main factor of production is information and knowledge, which unlike conventional factors are unlimited, and in the process of use not only do not wear out and do not disappear, but even expand. It is noted that all this immensely enriches the possibilities of a human. If machinery has multiplied the physical strength of the human, then information and knowledge realize and multiply the potencies of the human mind. This fundamentally new feature of the new factor of production was embodied in new categories: intellectual labor, intellectual products, intellectual property, intellectual capital. Thus, unlike the industrial society, where all relations and categories had a material basis, a material character, these new concepts appear in the new economy, which have no material content.
