ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНИМ РОЗВИТКОМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract
O.B Gres'kiv. The oretical and methodological principles of enterprises organizational development. Successful activity of business entities depends on organization development and its proactive adaptability to possible changes in the external and internal environment. Therefore, the priority should be given to the organizational development. It should be noticed that organizational development should include not only the organization as a process but as a system integrity uniting the following components: organizational interaction, organizational behavior, organizational culture, organizational climate, organizational structure. The real situation and new tasks require a new approach to the formation of organization as integrated system. Solving these issues is only possible if the organization is the formed dynamically developing system that is necessary to be improving using grounded theoretical and methodological framework. The basic elements of the framework are such concepts of organization as the target orientation; the proactive adaptability to changes in the external environment; the organized dynamic stability; survival of the organization; the dynamic balance of the organization as the integrated system. Compliance with the conceptual requirements will promote dynamic development of the organization as a socio-economic system in accordance with the methodology of systematic approach. Examining the various approaches to the essence of the concept of "organizational development", we have concluded that this concept should be considered as the regular development of the organization as an integrated system in the natural unity of such components as values, organizational culture, organizational behavior, organizational collaboration, processes, organizational structures, management structures, systems of documents regulations, labor organization, etc. Keywords: organization, development, enterprise, law, principles, culture and climate.
