ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ РИНКУ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКОЇ ТЕХНІКИ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
Dobizha N.V. Prerequisites for the formation of the agricultural machinery market in Ukraine. The article focuses on the peculiarities of the formation and functioning of the agricultural machinery market. The content of the concept «market», «market of agricultural machinery» is revealed and contemporary views on the process of its functioning are reflected. The preconditions for the formation of the agricultural machinery market in Ukraine have been determined and grounded. The issue of the revival and development of agricultural machinery is researched. It is proved that the formation of the market of agricultural machinery needs to take into account the ever-increasing role of scientific and technological progress. The author determines that competitive agrarian production requires the corresponding technical and technological conditions for the creation of innovative products, which in turn requires the introduction of an innovative mechanism based on the formation of a new system of knowledge embodied in the production processes for the creation of technology, the development of technologies, the use of new tools and other. The main factors that slow down the introduction of innovative technologies into the agrarian sector and the directions of state support for the effective functioning of the agricultural machinery market are investigated. It is determined that the innovative direction of the modern development of the agrarian sector is based on the knowledge, research, development of the world level, which requires urgent measures to transform the existing technical support mechanism into a new, oriented towards modernization, reequipment and provision of agrarian production with high-quality, modern, efficient agricultural machinery.
