EVOLUTION OF CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE FIRM IN THE ECONOMIC THEORY

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the modern firm on the basis of a comparison of different conceptual approaches to its analysis. It explains the relationship and interdependence of the theory of the firm evolution and of acting enterprise’s economic activities development, reveals the internal mechanisms of their functioning.
