EVOLUTION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONCEPTS IN THE CONTEXT OF SMALL ENTREPRENEURSHIP FACILITATION

Abstract
The article presents a critical analysis of the basic concepts of economic development. Special attention is paid to the variability of regional development models. In addition, the characteristics of regional development models are described by their classification according to the territorial affiliation. Deeply investigated alternative ecological and economic models. In the context of facilitation of small business, the digital economy model is considered as a priority concept for the economic development of Ukraine. It is revealed that digitalization will allow to implement an accelerated scenario of digital development of society. The expediency of digitization of the national economy proves the basic principles and opportunities available for the transition to a higher technological level of development.
