IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL’S MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION SYSTEM IN THE CONDITIONS OF ITS INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article substantiates the need to develop a system of motivation and stimulation of enterprise personnel in the conditions of its innovative development. The structure of the system of motivation and stimulation of the enterprise personnel in the conditions of its innovative development has been developed, which consists of three components, each of which includes separate elements covering the maximum number of aspects of the labor activity of the personnel of the enterprise namely in the context of its innovative development. The presented system takes into account both the principle of social significance and economic benefits for the subjects of social and labor relations. The rationality of the system is determined by the ability to take into account a large number of factors that can affect the labor activity of an employee.
