MARKETING ASPECTS IN MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE’S RESOURCES

Abstract

The question of enterprise inventory management and its importance from a marketing point of view is justified in the article. Preconditions of inventory management efficiency and factors affecting their formation were identified. Approaches of inventory formation, methods of optimizing their size and enterprise inventory system of control are considered.
