BALANCED SCORECARD AS A METHOD OF FORMING THE STRATEGY OF ENGINEERING COMPANY

Abstract
Interconnection of balanced scorecard with the strategy of competitive advantages of JSC «MOTOR SICH AIRLINES» is established. It is formulated in three theses, which are based on cause-effect chain of balanced scorecard. Besides, factors of achieving strategic objectives are determined that will allow on the early stages to evaluate in what way the implementation of the strategic potential of the company is being conducted. The complex performance indicators and factors of achieving them fully ensure the achievement of strategic goals of the company and development of its competitive advantages.
