Evolution of economic essence of the capital of the enterprise during the development of institutional bases

Abstract
The main purposes of offered research are: to coordinate the scientific approaches to essence and functions of the corporate capital; to overcome certain methodological distinctions. Methodology of research. The main approaches of research are the analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, and also dialectic approach. Findings. The offered research covers a circle of problems concerning economic essence of the capital of the enterprise according to the last achievements of the economic theory. Particularly, the authors aim to synthesize own determination of economic essence of the capital of the enterprise through the logical analysis of the opinions of various specialists in the economic theory and financial management, and on a basis of experience of institutional and neoinstitutional schools. Practical value. The contradiction between the financial (fictitious) and material capital in offered work is emphasized. The first, according to authors, characterizes the capital of the financial institutions; the second defines the financial resources of the enterprise. Also concepts of consumer and exchange value of the financial resources are closely connected with these two types of the capital. As other experts donʼt define the essence of specified concepts, the authors offer own definitions. Besides, authors prove a condition of providing profit by the capital of the enterprise as unreliable (because permanently unprofitable firms not become an automatically relieved of all available financial resources). Results of the presented research can cause correct application of such methodology in specialized researches in the future.
